ADA Accessible Model Apartment

This project was a study of ADA guidelines and designing within those restrictions for universal accessibility while not compromising the design aspect and appeal. This assignment tasked us with designing the basic floorplan for the apartment unit and styling it to appeal to a large clientele as the model apartment of the building.

Bubble Diagram Two Here is a rough sketch of the floorplan with an overlay of the bubble diagram. This was used this to help further develop the layout and flow of the apartment.	Floorplan This is the final stage of the design. You can see the evolution from the bubble diagrams to the final product here.
Main Color Board This is the main color board for the model apartment. I used it to display the major finishes and floorplan in such a manner it could be left with the client to provide an overall image of the space.
